These wraps (sometimes called Quesadillas) are a great way to use up some leftover chilli!
Makes approximately 4 servings
Preparation time is approximately 5 minutes
Cooking time is approximately 5 minutes
Ingredients
Chilli con carne leftovers
Carrot
1 bell pepper (any colour), chopped
Handful of grated cheese per wrap
Tortilla wraps
How to make QUESADILLAS
1. Add some oil to the frying pan.
2. Place the tortilla wrap in the pan.
3. Add the cheese and chopped pepper and the leftover chilli. Add another wrap on top and cook for a few minutes.
4. Flip the tortilla and cook for a few more minutes.
To serve: Enjoy with salad and crunchy veg sticks.
HINTS & TIPS
We like to add sour cream or salsa sometimes too!
'Lighten up' use low fat options for cheese and sour cream if using and use wholemeal tortilla.
