Pigs in Blankets

A favourite side dish of a Christmas dinner and so easy to make your own!


Ingredients

8 rashers smoked streaky bacon

16 chipolata sausages


How to make Pigs in blankets

  1. Heat oven to 190°C/170°C fan/ gas 5.

  2. Cut the bacon rashers in half. Wrap a piece of bacon around each of the chipolatas.

  3. Place on a baking tray and cook for 30 - 35 minutes until golden.
