Cheese & carrot rolls

A deliciously crunchy fresh alternative to plain cheese rolls!


Preparation time is approximately 10 minutes



Ingredients


1 large carrot

Cheddar cheese (roughly same weight as carrot)

2 teaspoons of chopped fresh parsley

Hummus (optional)



How to make cheese & carrot rolls

  1. Grate cheese & carrots

  2. Mix carrot and cheese in bowl – then add and mix in parsley

  3. Cut rolls in half and spread each surface with hummus

  4. Put a serving of carrot & cheese mixture on each roll base & close

 

HINTS & TIPS


Can be stored in airtight container for a few hours in fridge.
