400g pack of lean pork mince

1 white onion, finely chopped

1 apple, peeled & grated

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1/4 tsp chilli powder

Handful coriander, roughly chopped

Salt & Pepper

Sharp knife

Chopping board

Frying pan

Mixing Bowl

How to do it

1. Heat oven to 190 degrees.

2. Heat oil in frying pan and heat to medium heat. Add the onion, apple and garlic and cook for a few mins and set aside.

3. In a mixing bowl add the pork mince, cooled onion mixture, coriander, salt & pepper, chilli powder and vegetable stock powder. Mix and shape into 4 burgers. Chill in fridge to firm up.
